The Wily, Wonderful Wonka Factory 5

 As the eight remaining young women followed Wonka to the next set of gold-and-purple double doors, Kandy's stomach couldn't help but churn violently. She had already had an unbelievable amount of chocolate leading up to this point, and all the movement currently taking place wasn't helping.

 "Oooh... Kandy doesn't feel good," she moaned as she followed the others. Her cheeks puffed up in an attempt to contain another burp.

 Catherine noticed the sickliness of the blue-haired girl and moved to the back of the group to talk to her.

 "Hey, are you OK?" she asked sympathetically.

 Kandy just shook her head, rubbing her distended belly.

 Catherine shrugged and decided to walk with the girl anyways. She was odd, sure, but she clearly felt under the weather. The feeling of eating too much sweet stuff wasn't a stranger to her, and judging by the size of Kandy's middle, she was having quite a doozy with that feeling.

 Near the front of the group, Sharon was babbling excitedly to Evelyn.

 "The gum actually worked! I can't believe it! I finally got to witness something from the book take place!"

 Evelyn gave the redhead a quizzical look. "But... shouldn't you be upset that two girls just turned into giant blueberries?"

 Sharon shook her head. "Not really. It WAS their fault. And besides, if I had that gum, I'd probably keep it as some kind of tour keepsake rather than wastefully chew it."

 Then, to Evelyn's shock, she quickly showed her what was in her hand. She had somehow managed to steal the third stick of gum from the exhibit!

 "How could you do that?!" Evelyn asked as loudly as she could in her quiet tone.

 Sharon did her best to shush her. "Look. I just wanted to take some home to remember this trip by. This factory already fulfilled so many of my childhood wishes, so I just had to take an authentic collectible. OK?"

 Evelyn said nothing, but looked at her with wide eyes.

 Finally, near the back, Allison was doing her best to have a conversation with Vee.

 "Boy, you're not much of a talker, are ya?" she asked.

 Vee looked back at her with an icy stare. "I don't talk to yuppies."

 Allison gasped. "No need for insults! Jeez, I'm just trying to start up a little friendly chit-chat."

 Vee chuckled at her reaction, proceeding to say nothing as she watched the smaller girl fidget with the discomfort of being called a yuppie.

 Wonka, however, seemed to be ignoring the commotion of the girls as he led them to the doors.

 "Now, for anyone who has a fondness for the novels or the films, you should be quite excited to visit this next - "

 Wonka's introduction for the next part of the tour was sharply cut off by a gargantuan belch. The whole tour group gasped and turned to see Kandy collapse onto the ground belly-up, panting.

 "Kandy is sorry... Kandy had too much c-candy..." the cat-girl moaned apologetically, looking up at the tour group with innocence.

 The girls just stood over her silently, feeling a mixture between disgust and pity for her. Then, Wonka strode past the crowd and took a knee beside her.

 "My dear Kandy, what do you have to apologize for?" he asked her. "You've broken no rules and stolen no property, and you haven't really committed any crimes besides having a sweet tooth."

 Kandy looked up at him, her eyes shining with moistness. "Kandy thought... you would be angry... with Kandy..."

 Wonka chuckled. "Of course I'm not angry with you! We all succumb from having too much chocolate from time to time. I'm not upset with you at all."

 The blue-haired girl's eyes widened. "R-really? But Kandy... can't continue seeing everything..."

 "Oh, yes, that'll be a problem. I'm afraid you can't continue the tour if you don't feel good. Here, I'll have you taken to the Wonka Emergency Ward, where you can rest and sleep off all of this." He patted her tummy, and she giggled.

 "OK... Kandy still loves you!" she said, regaining a bit of her enthusiasm as she brought him in for a quick hug.

 Just then, a long mechanical arm came out from a square hole in the wall, grabbing Kandy around her waist and slowly carrying her up through the same hole. All the while, she giggled and squirmed with how ticklish it was.

 When Kandy was taken out of the room, Wonka cleared his throat and returned to the front of the tour group.

 "Now, then. Where were we?"
